GUARANTEE POLICY:
Our guarantee is simple. We will accept return of any product you are not satisfied with, within 14 days of receipt. Before you return any item e-mail us to get a Return Number. (RN)
All returned items must be returned in saleable condition, preferably with the plastic shrink-wrapping in place. If the return is because of our mistake, we will also credit return postage. All returns will be credited to your PayPal account; we will not refund to your credit card, bank account other than PayPal or issue a check. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice received with your order.

DEFECTIVE PARTS:
If your order arrives in bad condition, claim your money back from the shipping company. But we do want to help you out. And yes, error is human. When a part is missing or damaged, please do not return the entire kit. Simply notify us and identify (by part number and description) and we will replace the part. Please include the invoice/order number of the purchase. Customers pay for the shipping and handling of replacement parts, if it's not an obvious Skyraider Model Designs error that your parts arrived defective (inadequate packing, production error).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
All our articles normally we ship from Switzerland with Economy. Customers can choose if they want other shipping priorities in the check-out phase. Customers pay for shipping. A handling charge will also be added to your web cart before you finish your order. Not included in this charge are taxes or charges for customs that you might have to pay depending on the country you are living in. Skyraider Model Designs has no influence on these kind of charges.

Skyraider Model Designs has no influence on time to deliver after the order is announced to be shipped. Past experience show, that orders shipped with Economy can take up to 14 days to ship from Switzerland to close countries like France or Germany. We have no idea why this takes so long, and the Swiss Post office couldn't answer the question (they say 5-7 days). If you need your articles as soon as possible, choose Priority shipping to avoid unnecessary delays. Experience shows those items shipped Priority arrive after 2-3 days.

Skyraider Model Designs owner Leander Niederhauser is responsible for shipping and handling. "As I'm running this business as a hobby beside my regular job, it might be in rare cases that I will not be able to respond to your order for up to 1 week. I do everything possible to shorten this delay, and ship ASAP when I'm back home." We ship to a maximum parcel weight of 2kg (Kilograms). For orders with weights above 2kg we send a second parcel. We do this because this is the cheapest way for you to pass customs!

PRICING:
All prices are given in € (Euro), $ (USD) and Swiss Francs (CHF). As we accept payment mainly via our PayPal account, you can complete your order in any required currency PayPal offers to you.

CREDIT CARDS:
We accept Credit Cards trough our PayPal account.

Skyraider Model Designs does not hold your data on record, except those required for shipping and handling. We do not transfer any data to 3rd parities.
